Le Corps (The Body)

When someone's been on the scene for a few years, we like to talk about their body of work or even oeuvre.  Makes their contributions sound more important than they likely are; doesn't actually say anything about the quality.  Just that there's loads of it and it all can be lumped together. 

An oeuvre?  Sounds like an unlikely weapon, even if I knew what it was. 

I haven't been on this scene for more than a few moments, honestly, officer.  Is that the time?  I need to scoot.
